WAN DHCP Lease of only 120 seconds

I have setup a ZTE router in bridge mode. I am getting WAN DHCP lease from Three for only 120 seconds. This is too short to not be an error. I wanted to ask whats the normal WAN DHCP lease time from Three broadband?

Nonexistent upload speed NR5103E

Max upload speed I get at any given time is 1mbps, even though download speeds are typically 100-200. any advice? had the box for like 4 months now and this is still a problem

Trouble returning router

My contract is due to end on 27th January 2024. I've not received the jiffy bag, or returns label & now have an email stating a £105 charge. Why can't three just provide an address id send back at my own cost if if made the process that quicker.
