my daughter just has the 4g hub and doesn't know her broadband sim number so that she can login to the app and register,she has thrown away the sim card packaging does anyone know how to find it pls

Put the sim card in a phone and you should be able to find the number in settings, about phone.

go to the hubs dashboard (192.168.0.1 ) using password on bottom of hub. ( useless you've changed either !)
The Sim etc number will be shown in the stats details.
