27.03.2024 I have been having massive issue with my wireless broad band in the NN3 area of Northampton for over a week it has been very slow. They sent me out a new modem but this has made no difference on area checker it says there is an issue and they are working on it but still no improvement the help centre said they were phasing out 3G and this could be causing the issue but surly it doesn't take over a week. Very annoyed and angry as I am paying for streaming sites and have not been able to use them.
