spent over an hr today to finally get told my apple watch had been removed from my plan as a paired device. and i could add my galaxy watch 7 lte ,well turns out this is a big fat lie and i cant add my watch  for 30 days ill be calling on Monday and i would like to speak to someone whose language is English as a first language because if i have to wait 30 days i want my pacc code and ill be with ee by Monday afternoon. tired of spinning round and round in voicemail queues to get people who barely understand a simple task, had I been a 3 customer and not bought the items from Samsung they would be boxed and on their way back now for mis selling. 17 years a customer to watch it degenerate to this and it'll get worse when you merge with voda as their customer service is crap as well

It says error device already paired with your account please call 333 for help and the help was about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, finally after over an hour someone told me i have to wait 30 days for my Apple Watches contract to end before i can add my Samsung watch 7 lte. I will not be calling you call centre again unless. I am guaranteed to get a native English speaker if i have to wait 30 days ill be cancelling my account and asking for my pacc code and ill be on EE

Hi mate

 

just to let you know I waited past the 30 days and it still says error and also I waited for the billing cycle date. I think it is jammed. I think I will be cancelling my contract with three and taking out a new contract. Going to another company will not make any difference, the error and experience will still be the same. I genuinely think it’s to do with the SIM card number

Hi mate

im with you on this 100%. I have had the same error for over a month. My add on finally disappeared from my3 account and still shows the same error. They have now told me to wait until the next billing date which is tomorrow. If this does not work after that. I am going to another phone company

Have you still had no luck being able to connect the mobile service? Waited 30 days and waited for my final bill to come out for the watch which was yesterday and still says that the subscription is active
