5g Broadband no 5g

I have no 5g connection on my NR5103E hub

I was on the phone to 3 and they said 5g is not available in my area but it definitely is it will go on to 5g for about 20 seconds then drop back to 4g I was trying to get them to replace my router but they wouldn’t

I'm sorry to hear that you're having these issues with your router. We'll best be able to provide advice if we can understand the situation a little better. Are you unable to pick up 5G and defaulting to 4G, or are you getting no service at all?
