How am I going to get my refund for the trade in I did this Ingram micro said my payment will be done on 18/10/24 and up till now it’s not in . They don’t answer calls or reply emails. Am I being fraud or what?

Oh, that's strange, I'm not sure why they wouldn't be answering. When did you email or call them? 
Can you also confirm if you traded the phone in as part of an upgrade, or if you were just trading in an old phone for recycling?

You get no help from three they just tell you email or call the trade in company who don’t answer just go round in circles ! Contemplating cancelling my whole contract and going else where

Can’t we involve the court ? Cuz i have been going through the community and it’s like we are being scammed. Anyone with a trade in is having same issues. Phones collected and no money received. Its like our phones is being snatched like in the streets of London but this time its by registered companies

 I traded in phone as part of my upgrade. iPhone 15 and my quote was £496 and up until now nothing. They said I was going to be paid on 18/1024.
It isn’t strange for them not answering their calls just go through people comments in the community here and you will find out it has been happening and all you guys tell us is call the customer that no seems to answer or reply emails.

I called sent email to them on the 24/10/24 and I have been calling them as well since then and you can be hold for the whole day.

Same here I am disgusted how Three can actually use such a company who don’t reply or answer any calls I have spent my whole day off today on hold to a number I don’t even think anyone is there!

£256 phone say there and there saying it’s not there

I'm sorry to hear about this situation, can you help me understand what's been going on a bit better please? You've mentioned that you don't think anyone is there, is this the Ingram phone number 0333 400 8296 you were calling?

I'm not 100% on what you mean by they're saying it's not there, have you been advised that your trade in phone hasn't arrived with them yet? When did you send it?
