Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

Having not received some expected calls, and unable to call out, was left in the dark, until got home and looked on Three site on my computer, stating there is an outage. Why couldn't they send out a Text, which they did with a OTP when signing in?

I'm afraid the Three network is down. I've just come back from my local Three shop.
Data and text available but outgoing or incoming calls not possible unless via WhatsApp. Three do not have access to their own website to issue an alert for customers. EE seem to have similar issues

My contract ended this January and I just got a sim upgrade. All of a sudden I can’t make any more calls. I was told that this keeps happening to contract phones as a way to get people to keep upgrading new phones. I’m the only person that manages my finances, if I could afford to upgrade the phone I would. This is terrible and not fair on customers. I have no outstanding bills, just the final bill which is not even due yet. What else can I do as I still need this number right now. I’m so disappointed and extremely upset.

Calls (incoming and outgoing) not working for me either today, since around 9:30am. Seems to be affecting everyone with three, so hopefully that's the issue (not just your upgrade!)
