Hi, I did an upgrade of my phone online and was given a delivery date. I was also told I would receive a text and an email from DPD in the morning on the day of delivery and provide me with a time slot for delivery. It's reached 2pm on the day of delivery and I've not had a text or an email from DPD. Ive contacted Three and they have said there is no delay and should still be delivered and to be patient. Not being funny but DPD should know by 2pm on the day what rounds a driver is doing and where he is delivering. Any help would be appreciated because I'm majorly frustrated from the lack of help Three have given me

Hi I did an upgrade and the same thing has happened to me. It should have been delivered today. No delivery or txt to say its on its way. I have emails to confirm that it would be here. What do i do. 30/11/2022

Same happened to me.....after upgrading I waited in all day for a delivery didn't receive a text from Dpd and tried to enquire through live chat 3 times about delivery status and was assured the phone would be delivered. An agent told me it would be reattempted the next day which implied they had tried to deliver it which they hadn't.The last agent then said the delivery had been cancelled due to a date change???
Just about had it with 3 now....the live chat process is slow and not fit for purpose

I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive any tracking info when expected. How did it go yesterday, did you receive the phone, or any update? Let us know and we'll do our best to support you if you still need any help with this.
