Hi there.
Welcome to the Three Community.
It sounds like you might be having an issue with the Wifi calling. You can disable Wifi calling in the phones settings. This will allow you to remain connected to Wifi and still be able to make and receive calls. If that works, it would confirm that it's an issue with the Wifi calling.

If you are on wifi calling you should see it from the status bar, and/or pull down menu and/or locked screen/screen saver. You may also see something like "3 Wifi callling".
Do you happen to have SKY?

My first thought would be to check the broadband speed you’re trying to use. I THINK a minimum download speed is required. The service is automatically provided by Three so should be active. Also try turning your phone off and on and as a last resort reset your network settings. Also check that the phrase WiFi call or something similar is displayed on your phone screen even when you’re not making a call that is obviously self explanatory. As a last resort if all this fails call tech support on 333 option 4 option 3.
