Has anyone else had a real issue with trying to get an insurance claim sorted? The three website says that a repair will be issued within a couple of days, yet when trying to get through the phone options the phone always gets put down, eventually found out i had to go through squaretrade, and they barely seem like a real company, have had my phone for 8 days now. Barely get any updates. Not sure why the website says they can issue a replacement or repair within a couple of days. Even took the phone to a three store as the website says but they said they couldn't do anything and told me to go through square trade.
Seems really bizarre that the website says one thing and the store another. I just want a working phone, a relatively simple procedure has been made very complicated and stressful and is making me question whether i'm going to stay as a three customer at the end of my contact, hopefully my complaint email gets picked up too!
