Honestly trying to upgrade my phone tonight and I couldn’t tell you if it completed even when agreeing to credit agreement, selecting the shop to pick it up. It crashed so many times, some times i couldn’t select what I wanted even if it was just a click to say I agree and have read. Why is it so abysmal.
Right now if you said listen cancel everything because it’s been such a Sh.. show I tick that box. I have not seen such a poor system in years.
Whoever runs the sites and app wow that some wage thief’s if you ask me. I ordered a split new Car it was over £60k ok not just a phone but absolutely seamless and don’t log me out and in and bring back different prices.
Last I left the three stuff it said download or print agreement and we will send a Email to take to the shop ? Absolutely nothing but previous emails saying i had stuff in my basket.

Ah, that's not so great. There was some online maintenance taking place from Saturday into Sunday this weekend. It's possible you were having issues as a result of that maintenance.
I hope you managed to get through the order process in the end. If not, it might be worth giving it another go as the maintenance is over now.
