New 5G broadband user and they want me to contact manufacturer

My Zyxel 5G NR5103E router doesn’t work. Only had it three days. 
on with support for hours. No solutions. 
they have said they think it is a fault on the router and I should contact the manufacturer Zyxel!

I don’t even technically own the thing. So thank god I can get out of the contract. What a joke.
