Hi,
I upgraded 3 days ago to an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256gb Natural Titanium and following a fraud check call the next day, was told that my order had gone through (recieved an email confirming this). The person I spoke to from that team said that my order would be dispatched for next day delivery.
Yesterday rolls around and no word from Three or DPD, so I speak to customer services on the phone and they wouldn't give me a delivery date, just stating that my new contract starts on the 13th November.
I've realised that nowhere on the three website, any of the emails or documents I was sent does it state a delivery date - does anyone know if this is normal & what the usual lead time from Three is on this?
Really disappointed with their customer service at this point, as I could have purchased this device directly from Apple and had next day delivery, or at the very least, some order tracking information other than "submitted".
