Photo I.D delivery

Hi, I’ve just ordered an upgrade online but I have just noticed that photo ID must be shown when the phone is delivered by DPD. I don’t have a drivers license and have only just applied for a passport. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve never been asked for ID in the past when using DPD.

Hi @Befham,

This may be a policy instituted for higher value items but, I don't recall this ever being an issue in the past, from both personal experience and my work with Three. Was this communicated by us or DPD?

I've seen that many times for DPD deliveries and I have never been asked for any.
