number transfer

hi i got a new sim contract with three i was with ee so different number and i asked for a number transfer. i got the sim in post on the 25th so Friday and i set it to change today on the 28th Monday and it still hasn’t changed to my old number

Unfair £105 charges

I sent a device back over 2 months ago, a 5g router as I needed for 2 months until I had Sky installed. Then just over a week ago to my horror three decide to email and text me that I owe then £105 as they haven't recieved the device,2 months later!!...
