Pixel 6 to pixel 8 cashback

I have just upgraded from pixel 6 to pixel 8. The advisor told me that I would get £200 cashback for my pixel 6, through a recycle scheme. However, when I go through the the steps to recycle, there is no mention of this. 

Is anyone aware of this scheme, or way I misled?
