That's awful news, sorry to hear that you've lost your phone and SIM! We'll do our best to get you connected again as quickly as possible. It looks like you're requesting a replacement PAYG SIM is that right?

If you'd prefer a SIM replacement in the post, please contact the PAYG team. If you'd like to get back online again without waiting on a delivery, then pop into a Three store with photo ID, and they should be able to replace the SIM immediately.
