I'm not completely clear what limit you're referring to. Are you being prevented from charging Google Play transactions to your Three bill?
The upper limit is £40 per transaction and £240 per calendar month. This is set by The Payment Service Regulations 2017, and is a legal limit applicable to all UK network providers. This can't be changed or opted out of.
Is it this limit that you're referring to? If not, can you let us know what error message(s) you're seeing or receiving?
