I'm starting to lose my tether with Three Mobile...
On the 3rd August, I contacted Three Mobile requesting a jiffy bag to return a handset.
I signed a new contract with Three Mobile on the 27th July — so I was well within my 24 Day Cooling Period.
As of now, I'm still waiting for a returns bag for the device. I've made various complaints, and escalated the issue and still, no whereabouts of a returns bag.
I'm really stuck on what to do next, and whatever they say to me now, I just don't believe a single word.
I really need someone's help on here as it's starting to get me down and emotional.

Sorry I never answered your public post about this. We'd already been chatting by PM by the time I'd seen this. I can tell you were having a really awful time, I hope we've managed to turn this experience around and restore some faith in Three.
