Hi , does anyone know the timeframe for trade in payment? I was told by email that I would be paid in 3-5 days it has now been 5 days and still no payment. It annoys me because I have to pay my bills on time otherwise there's late payment fees but these companies just do what ever they like.

I trade my phone also and never hear from them anymore. No payment, they ignoring my email and phone- calls too. I think is a scam and I am ready to for claim to court. I know they receive my phone as Have confirmation ticket and all photos of my old device, contract with them and package photo too. Very disappointed and ready to cancel my existing contract

Hay Beata listen to someone who will give u a real answer, I traded in my pixel 7 pro . Trade in was £101 with promotion £461 , it took about 3 weeks , this is where three Ingram scam you . So they will send you a quote to your email if you don't except it , it will get auto accepted and funds transferred. This is the scam part you don't actually get the email from them. From when I sent my phone off to 3 weeks after I received no email from three Ingram, they gave me £385.21 and I had to fight for three to get rest so they took £50 off my bill . So In short unless you get a email from them expect a lower offer then you where quoted as once they have your phone they can make any excuse with condition of it

I'm sorry to hear this has been your experience. So just to clarify you never received any communication to advise that the phone was graded for a lower amount than the original quoted amount? I'm not sure I've followed after that, did customer services give you the rest of the original quote?

I received no communication from trade in company for 2 weeks and even that wasn't the quote , I only managed to get £50 from three off my phone bill which I didn't really want so still £30 short , like I said I have sent all my findings to BBC watch dog who will look into fraudulent behaviour to your customers

Some guy from three support try to resolve but I think they play with time to tell you as your phone is not anymorr worth money. Good for me I did very detailed pictures of phone and even orygibal box I send to them. They exactly know what is going on and how to scam people. We are not stupid. I didn’t get reply for any of my emails. I want my phone back as for me is fraud and should have consequences in curt. Many people have same situation and I will try to find more people who will sign petition about this scam. I was customer for over 3 years with them and don’t want to stay any longer.

That's quite concerning you've not heard anything at all. When did you originally put in for the trade in and, what had the agents advised?
Was there any automated reply from the email you'd sent at all?

They get my phone on 20 of Feb. No reply from them for any of my emails. No money on my acc and no phone? Is that called scam as I think it is. No help for people like me and as I can see is plenty of them.
