Trade In - Payment Outstanding

I would just like to enquire whether anyone has actually received the funds for their Three Trade In device?

I received an email confirmation 12 days ago confirming payment for my device had been paid straight into my bank account. After consulting with relevant 3 staff members for the past 2 weeks, I am still waiting for the receipt of these funds. 

I would just like to enquire whether anyone that has completed the Trade-In has actually received their funds?

Following up on this? Same page still hasn't received any payments yet. I don't know where to start.

Hi Julia,

I'm currently in the same position and cant seem to get anywhere with three. i'm at my wits end and this whole experience has ensured i wont be staying with three once my contract has ended. At this stage i just feel like cancelling my contract and returning the device but i cant even do that because they have my old phone too!

I'm sorry to hear you've not received the trade-in payment.

After you've received the confirmation, you should receive the payment within 5 working days. If you reach back out to our Customer Service team, they'll be able to raise a case for investigation and ensure the payment is on it's way to you.
