Well what happened was on my first order yesterday at 1415 - the website crashed this application said credit approved - I seem to have a device plan on my account - thinking it was an error I tried again and it didn't go through 3 times it's gone through 🤔 the people on live chat are adamant there's no device but it shows on my account? And then said try again today to upgrade and it's declined again. I definitely yesterday passed a credit check otherwise it wouldn't of got me to the final stage.
Do I need to visit a store? It's confusing what's going on as now there is a device plan showing on my account also
