Hey,
I was due for an upgrade for my contract which I upgraded yesterday at midnight, I signed everything I needed to and the order went through and recieved order confirmation but no information about delivery or collection. On the account it shows that my order is “pending/ submitted” and I am not sure what this means. Are there any steps required to be taken or do I simply wait until three emails me with delivery confirmation?

If you placed your order late at night, it will take till the next day for the logistics team to process it. So hopefully you've received more info in the meantime? Was this a SIM upgrade or are you waiting on a new device being delivered?

In addition, No. I have not recieved any information about my order other than the email they sent on Sunday where the email said that the order has came through. I checked the PDF File they sent however there was no information about collection date/ delivery.

This was a phone Upgrade. I bought the specific colour since I thought it would be quicker since it was instock at the store I opted to collect from. I waited since sunday for any email confirming the delivery date but I haven’t recieved any. I went to the Kingston store on Sunday and they were really dismissive and hurried us away when I asked whether my order has went through or not. On Monday I gave them a call and they told us to check with them the next day. The next day we called them and they said that it may be an issue since they haven’t recieved any order to their store. We called 3 customer service any they told us to wait another day.
