On 28/06 I placed an upgrade request and paid for Saturday delivery, this didn’t happen as the system did not send me the e-sign document so I had to have this resent (after being told to just cancel and re-make the order) and told that this would allow it to arrive today.
well low and behold, it didn’t arrive today and I was then told to expect it on 6th July by one person, and another person telling me it will arrive tomorrow.
I an having to shuffle around working days to accommodate the delivery, does anyone have any experience with this and if despite previously paying Saturday delivery for a set date it will indeed be delivered next working day I.e Tuesday 02/07?

hi guys, i ordered my upgrade yesterday and was told that if i order before 8pm i will get it delivered next day for free, i placed my order and received no delivery confirmation, i contacted three live chat and they said it would be delivered in 7 days and that i was charged 5.99 for delivery, when i queried why they said it was because the phone is in high demand. surely if they tell me i am getting it next day or advertise next day on orders before 8pm then it should arrive the next day and if advertised as free delivery i shouldnt be charged 5.99? it is false advertisement, they should not advertise and tell people next day if they do not have the handset ready to ship, when i complained they said they would credit me back the 5.99 delivery and credit my account by £5, when i said this was not acceptable becaus ei have been lied to and changed my working pattern to accomodate next day delivery they said they would credit me £10 to my account, but they are not getting the point, surely it said next day it should be available for next day, anyone else had a similar situation and have any advice?
sorry for the rant. it is just really annoying

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the delivery as expected. It's likely due to a stock limitation that we've been unable to deliver the next day as mentioned. I can appreciate how disappointing this must be.
I'm glad to hear our Customer Service team has refunded the delivery charge, however, if you feel like your concerns haven't been addressed, I'd recommend raising a complaint for further investigation.

Same, on Thursday i upgraded to the 15 and 1st i couldn’t complete the order online as the final page wasn’t loading so i had to call them, then it was completed over the phone including paying for delivery which was next day (friday) which i was off work. So i waited ALL day until someone from fraud called to do that security check that’s when I was informed the phone would be sent out as soon as the e signature was done! Its Saturday now and still no email with this e signature and when it finally comes through, hell knows when, I don’t know how im going get the delivery as I can’t be off work next week! All shambolic mate, 3 claim to be some best mobile company bla bla bla I don’t think so! Absolutely pathetic!
