On 28/06 I placed an upgrade request and paid for Saturday delivery, this didn’t happen as the system did not send me the e-sign document so I had to have this resent (after being told to just cancel and re-make the order) and told that this would allow it to arrive today.
well low and behold, it didn’t arrive today and I was then told to expect it on 6th July by one person, and another person telling me it will arrive tomorrow.
I an having to shuffle around working days to accommodate the delivery, does anyone have any experience with this and if despite previously paying Saturday delivery for a set date it will indeed be delivered next working day I.e Tuesday 02/07?
