Hi I had a phone contract which has now ended and I have changed my contract to a sim only contract but it’s still charging me for phone contract instead of my sim only now so what do I do

I'm sorry to hear about this. Can you let me know a bit more about the situation please? Do you know when the upgrade order was made, and what date your bill was produced?
You should be able to check this info if you sign into My3. Depending on your account payment is taken either 10 or 19 days after the bill is produced, so I'm wondering if the bill was produced before the upgrade happened?
