I’m trying to add a iwatch ultra to my account - i goes to the store on the 3 website and select a plan but when I log in it just takes me to my account and then when I go back to the store and the watch I’m logged out and I can’t complete order - it’s been like this for months - any reason why?

Call customer services on 333 and place the order.

I'll do my best to help. Are you trying to order/buy an Apple Watch, or pair your existing Apple Watch with your Three phone?

The error message is:
There's a problem
E53305-You already have a paired device - Chat to one of our team :- From your Three phone 333, From any other phone 0333 338 1001
this is as far as I gotten after trying every means possible to resolve this issue -> reading and googling and following steps I find.
