I’ve always had excellent 4g coverage. After a storm 2 weeks ago I lost my 4g, signal which had been strong before then. Trying to connect to wifi calling and no joy. iPhone 11. WiFi calling is switched on. WiFi signal is strong. I’ve rebooted, reset network settings, toggled aeroplane mode etc. Husband using WiFi calling and he with Vodafone so it’s not my WiFi. Any suggestions. Customer service have gave me the option to leave the contract but I’ve always liked Three and don’t need hassle of changing.

Hi, Eibhlin.
Welcome to the Three Community.
Oh, that's a strange issue. It's certainly a compatible device. When you are connected to Wi-Fi, and you try to make a call, what happens?
In order to rule out the phone getting connected to the mobile network, can you turn on flight mode while you're testing it?
Pete.
