Hi iPhone on 18.1 and noticed that you can now convert your SIM card to an eSIM, was that there before and would you switch?

I wonder if the option to covert actually works - always hit or miss with ~Three

I want to say move to e-Sim but having been there - done that - right now, its too much trouble ( if say you want to swap to another phone etc ) If you never need to swap sims out, then do it - as is more secure
