iPhone 15 Pro delivery issue

Purchased the iPhone 15 Pro in-store (contract) last 19th of October and up until now there is no update regarding the delivery. We were told via Three's chat service that it will be delivered today 08/11/2023 but when we checked today, is is still about to be out for delivery from Three's warehouse. 

Anyone else having the same issue and also, can I cancel the purchase instead?

I ordered an iPhone 15 on 19th October. They told me delivery would be today the 25th. I have been on the chat at around 6.30pm and they still said it is arriving today. They said it will be with dpd snd they will send me an email with tracking and they deliver up to 8pm. It is mow 19:50 and i have still not had an email or the phone. Have you received yours yet and if so how long after the date they told you did you receive it?
