Did anyone receive pre-ordered iPhone 15 Pro today? I ordered on 15 September and I was told it would be delivered on 22nd September, but so far nothing and my status is still shown as pending in MY3. I contacted Three support on chat and they keep saying I will receive today, but I just want to understand if anyone already received and what is the actual possibility of that

I’ve now had a text to say that my delivery is pushed back to 11/10. Weirdly, I received it at 7pm yesterday, whilst in the middle of a chat with a social media advisor. Sounds like some of us are getting those texts much later than we should have.

Have you received the phone yet? I got that same text but I don't quite believe I'll get the phone then. I feel like they're just guessing a date.

Im in the same boat! Ordered by phone a couple of minutes after 9am on the 15th and like yourself, the operator was beset with technical difficulties and had to keep calling me back when her systems were backup
I ordered x2 phones at the time...

and again like yourself, the 22nd came and went and no notifications from DPD or three.
Several calls and web chats contradicted themselves, some said it would be arriving before 11am, other said it would arrive in a couple of day. On the third and final call to three customer services, I was advised that there was a stock issue and that it could be delayed by several weeks!
Perhaps I was being naive to expect that three, who heavily advertised the pre-ordering date etc did not have the necessary inventory to fulfil the orders!
Has anyone received a 15 pro max from three?

I believe that many O2 customers have been let down too : word is that Apple are prioritising their own direct sales.
Went past an O2 retail store at 8.55am yesterday (Saturday). They were queueing around the block but I have no idea if that was to collect or to complain.

Thank you for the replies. I got update yesterday by text message from 3 at around 4pm saying that my iphone 15 pro 512gb is delayed to 04/10/2023. I went into nearby store after that to check if they had it in stock and I would cancel preorder, but was told that usually stores arent stocked by 512gb versions and I would waste my time going into each 3 store to check (how funny that customer service cant check stores’ stock levels to make our life easier). I am now considering to go to other networks today. Overall this was my first preorder and I am very very disappointed. Yesterday I was waiting whole day from morning, worked from home because of this and they couldnt even provide the update earlier. Things like that don’t happen in a day, obviously 3 should have known there would be delays and who the impacted customers were before the actual date of delivery!!! I ordered mine at around 5pm on 15 sept so I guess customers who ordered earlier would be served first with the stock but they should have calculated that before and also if they didn’t receive any 512gb versions from supplier that would also be known beforehand and should have been communicated.

I ordered and paid for delivery of an iPhone 15 pro max tomorrow. I’ve had zero emails about whether it’s on the way. Still shows as ‘pending’. I spoke to someone on live chat earlier, who says it’s showing as dispatched on their end. The lack of communication is awful.

I am exactly the same.
pre ordered the 15 pro max, advised delivery would be today.
I’ve been told by staff in store that there are delays and 3 have contacted those who will be impacted by the delay.
I’ve had no email from DPD to say the phone is out for delivery and no communication from 3 to say my delivery is delayed.
Absolutely no idea when it’s coming, or if it’s coming for that matter.
Think I will be cancelling and going to another network, not the best to not communicate at all with customers.

Customer services told me that more than 1300 customer are experiences uninformed delays. Despite being told id receive the phone this weekend, ive not heard anything. Ive now been told that customers will recieve a text by the end of the day about when they'd recieve it, but theyre unable to provide that information over the phone as it was being managed by the 'back end' of three. Its looking like ill be showing my back end to three and scrambling to try and find somewhere thats actually got one in stock after theyve wasted my time and money pre-ordering a phone they never fully knew they would be able to stock. Poor customer service and misleading business practices.

I’m wondering the same thing myself. I haven’t managed to get through on the live chat, it says there are no operators available. My order is still showing as pending, too, with no communication as to any delivery timeframe at all.
Editing: I just got an update now. Apparently mine will be arriving on Tuesday.
