Sorry to hear this, are you using a physical SIM or eSIM?
Have you been able to test the SIM is still working in any other phone?
If you have a Three store anywhere nearby you can pop in with photo ID, to get a replacement SIM immediately. This may save you a call/chat, and will hopefully determine if the SIM or phone is faulty.
