22 years is long enough

Three UK have still not allowed customers to switch off or switch on their voicemail after 22 years, unless they contact CS.

 

Please can this change now, as a matter of urgency.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely pass it along, but I don't know that we're likely to see a change like this happen urgently. I do appreciate it can be inconvenient to have to get in touch to change these settings though.

@JonathanB granted, it's not #1 on the list of Global Problems, but another 22 year delay might be a bit steep......

Of course 😅

Just setting expectations that it's not any sort of fault per se, we can 100% pass on feedback requests to change or improve services, but I can't guarantee if or when this could change.

I agree it’s unusual but hardly a pain. You never know though,what with the merger with Vodafone things may change,
