Hi I work in Chester I have noticed this year that parts of the city centre offer little or no 4g coverage I have tried to resolve this with three but the customer service team have not been very helpful unfortunately

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to get connected at your work address.

Have you checked out our expected Coverage Checker? I'd also recommend popping the postcode into our Network Status Checker as this will advise on any reported issues, work going on in the area or built-up congestion on the local mast.
