The mast (4G / 5G) seem have no fibre run at Aqueduct TF4 3RR. But there is work by Openreach to lay fibre to the mobile mast?

@JonathanBcan you please forward to Three
Dear Council Planning
I just saw the 5G Mast by Mayfield, Madeley, Telford, Shropshire as it seems to be put in the wrong area as it will not reach coverage in the Woodside area (there is no 5G in Mount Way, Woodside Telford, Shropshire (very weak coverage and poor 4G)
I do honestly think this mast is better off installed by Madeley Academy, Castlefields Way, Madeley, Telford as I am aware there is a new 5G mast by Aqueduct (again in the wrong area) as it won't reach the Woodside area.
I can understand both 5G mast will help improve coverage for Madeley and Aqueduct but lack of coverage in Woodside (very poor from the local 4G mast in Mount Way, Woodside, Telford (badly need 5G)

Their reply from Council:
Good afternoon
Thank you for your email regarding the placement of a 5G mast.
We appreciate his concerns and qualms, but as these masts are 99% of the time Permitted Development, and all the network providers have to do is give us notice and we check their placement, there is nothing we can do on the side of critiquing them and assessing if they could be better placed elsewhere. This is perhaps a query to raise with your provider.
Kind Regards
