Hello,

I am right in the middle of the Brayford Pool, Lincoln surrounded by Lincoln Uni and over the past few days the signal has been rubbish, is it just my gear or is there a problem?

First go to the network status checker and see if you have a problem:

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

If there is an issue you can try calling 333 to see if they can give you an expected date to clear it.

If all is okay, and your problem is broadband, please reply with your router type and firmware version as someone may have the same problem. If you call 3 the first thing they will say is please turn your phone/device off and then on.
