Do you mean you cannot connect to the Internet? If so is this on wifi or mobile data? Are you in flight mode, is mobile data turned off, have you checked 3's network status checker? Are you PAYG and need to top up? Please try these and come back if you still have a problem. Also, please do not forget to turn your phone off and on.

Hi @syanrodrigues, 

How are you getting on with your data connection? @sc1999 has given some great troubleshooting advice, have you been able to try those steps?

You'll find the network status checker online - are there any reported issues in your area? 
Does resetting your network settings help at all? The option to do that is usually in your phone's settings menu, under Network or Reset options.
