Hi please, can I have access to this further information as I am having the same problem? I have now cancelled and tried to re-join the smartwatch plan however now it is error E53304 now as my add-on is stuck on pending and has been for multiple hours now. When I asked the live chat operator they said it would work to fix error E53305.
If I could have access to a fix for this as soon as possible I would be appreciative.
