I've just completed the form entering the PAC from my network - I filled the form correctly - checking several times and on the form it clearly says your non 3 number, the number you want to bring to 3 - again double checked this was correct. On the confirmation email it says "Your temporary number (4474780xxxxx) will turn into 4474829xxxxx on 2023-08-10."
What concerns me is the they appear to be the wrong way round on the email - the 447478 number is the one I want to bring to 3 - I've double checked the form again and I entered the numbers in the right place - is this just a error on the email? Anyone else had this before?
