Had anyone else had absolutely ridiculous speeds on their phone?! It won’t even register on speed test sometimes as it was so low. My calls keeps dropping also and the internet is unusable most of the day. 3 have said it will be resolved in a months time?! Has anybody else had this issue?!

Yes. Best bet is to chat to the social media team, as they cab access engineers who can give more detail and they may offer you a discount. I had the same issue and was given 20% off for the balance of the contract.
