Buffering

I have just upgraded from a S20 FE to a S23, same package of unlimited everything and not changed home broadband or anything. Now when going to watch tik tok, Facebook, WhatsApp videos, Google to sites etc it is buffering if it reaches the sites at all. I have turned phone off and on repeatedly, anyone any suggestions?

Hello, Nea. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with the new device. Do you still have the S20 FE? If so, could you pop the SIM back into that phone and test that? If that's running better, it might indicate that there's an issue with the new phone.
