Hi.. please i need help using my phone in Turkey.. to receive and make calls... ky phone keeps saying emergency calls only. And when I try to call 3 it saya not registered on a network. Kindly help as I am expecting very important calls
Turkey is not a go roam country with 3 so charges apply. Check you have roaming turned on. Check to see if you have enough credit, you will need to ask 3 about this. Check your spending cap as it may be set to zero.
Go to settings and manually select a network, try them all if needs be.
