Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

Seems theres a wide issue by looks of it, thought it was my handset/sim but ruled out handset and tried another...could be area - coverage checker useless, as 4g etc ok but no traditional old skool phone calls today 23/1.
Don't think it's just me but seems to be a wider issue that Three are not admitting anywhere... I knew something wasn't right when the coverage page wouldn't load itself...thought bet everyones checking something.. but it's false post as DATA is fine but calls are not (texts working ok too)

hi I’ve been having this problem all morning now I can’t make any calls out as a normal call but my net is working. I can do WhatsApp calls but I can’t receive or make calls

I am unable to make outgoing calls either on the network or by WiFi calling. Everything else is ok, I have restarted my phone but still nothing. My partner is on ID and is having the same issue.

I am unable to make any calls, how long until this issue is sorted out....
I have a chronic illness and due to this I was unable to order my medication from the doctors, which I need before the weekend
