Can't connect to 'Three' in USA

I just received an email from Three saying that I need to use some credit by Feb 25 or my plan will be closed.

However, I am currently in the USA and my phone with the Three SIM won't connect to any network here. I can't log into my Three account online as I can't verify it using my phone.  I tried the "Get in touch" link on the email, but I keep getting taken around in circles on the website with no apparent way to contact someone at Three to explain the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's likely that you've received the message due to the SIM being inactive, and the issue you're having connecting is likely because you've been abroad for so long. Go Roam is a short term benefit and stops working usually some time after 2 months away.

If you'd like to stop the line from being disconnected, an alternative to using an allowance is that you can simply top up. As the line isn't working for you just now, you can contact the support team and should be able to top up with them.

Probably 2 or 3 years ago and it worked fine then.
