Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with making calls at the moment. I'm not aware of any widespread incidents. I'd recommend to check our Network Status Checker, this should help let you know if there's any local network problems under investigation.

Is the issue just affecting making calls, or are you unable to receive calls, send and receive texts, and connect over mobile data too? When you say a message states "calling is down", what does the error say precisely, and is this on screen, or an automated message?
