Can't send sms to android users

Hi , I have an iPhone 13 on unlimited taffif with 3 , when I try to sms android users number I get in red Not Delivered ?

Ive turned off iMessage , and experimented with other settings in messaging to no effect ?

 My daughters is on the same tariff and uses same iPhone and has no problems? 

I did look at her phone settings and they are the same as mine.

Is there any cure for this issue?

When did you join Three? And did you have your phone number ported to Three (brought over from another operartor where you got a PAC code )?

have you tried to swap your sim into your daugther's phone? what was the result?
