Roaming is on in plan.
Spend cap is set to unlimited (any other value always resets to zero).
Roaming is on in phone settings.
Tried network set to automatic and tried selecting available individual networks.
Have powered phone off and on multiple times.
Still no joy, please help!

Hi there I have the same problem, tried all of the above and been having an on/off conversation with three on twitter. But still no joy.
Any help would be appreciated
