I dont own a credit card and cannot turn off the adult content block

The advice already given in this thread is very helpful. Please have a chat with Customer Services if you'd like some support with removing the adult content filter.

If you choose to visit a store instead, please ensure you bring one of the following forms of ID:

Full or provisional driving / HGV licence
UK or international passport
Nationally-recognised ID card

Our store locator will let you know where your nearest branch is.

Or you can ask customer service to perform a soft credit search to confirm your age etc and get the adult content restriction removed. This can be done immediately and will have absolutely no impact on your credit score.

You'll need to visit a 3 store, with some sort of photo id.
