Damages for loss of service.

Beware
Fledgling

My internet hasn't been working, although the payment is up to date until 16 October 2025. The live chat is not live but a bot, which has very limited answers like test the connection. The customer service is idiotic and the dialect incomprehensible. It is asking for verification code, which legally is totally unnecessary for connecting internet to existing customers. I am a retired lawyer and the verification code concerns payments etc. into the account.

I had  that problem with Chip Bank and it eventually accepted that the proof of ID for verification is unnecessary when the money is going back into the same account it was taken from. I even refused County Court judge my bank statements for the court to deposit money into my bank account, necessary only to show that you are not money laundering when making a payment.Chip paid me my £5000 deposit back and interest at 18% plus costs and damages for stress etc. about £1800 extra.

I also sued Alibaba for selling me shoddy mobile for about £110, as Xiaomi. I got the price back plus damages at £100 a week for loss of internet, costs etc. altogether £2000.

The complaint has been registered with 3 and by the middle of week, if internet is not restored, I will switch the provider and sue 3. That is the only way to compel it to provide proper service under Consumer Protection Act. So, take legal action rather than moan and get no where.

Well I can’t wait to tune in for the next exciting episode of sue their pants off and always find it amusing when someone feels the need to come on here and weaponise their litigious nature.

Good luck; you're obviously a serial litigant.
