Can anyone help as me and my partner are close to leaving three.t
Unable to use any of my data in France so bought a 3 day roaming pass, which worked fine and expired today.
I've purchased another and nothing is happening. On my account i can see the purchase however it says NO RPI FLAG
We're now stuck in a foreign country unable to use our phones and severely annoyed
Does the new add on kick in and when? It states on the text we received it would happen automatically when the last one expired...

It should automatically kick in once you use any of your allowances. Failing that I suggest you contact customer services via live chat on WiFi if your data is not working.
